How usage is counted
Usage is counted in minutes of audio, billed when a file finishes normalizing: a 42-minute episode uses 42 minutes of your monthly allowance. The counter resets on the first of each calendar month — no rolling windows, no surprises. Failed files never count. Files are kept for 72 hours after each normalization, on every plan.
